Sarah Billeter and Jennifer (Jen) Winans are a dynamic real estate duo, with a dedication to helping their clients, and a passion for giving back to the community they call home – donating ten percent of their net commission to non-profits that directly assist Oregon youth.

Sarah and Jen formed their first team in 2014, as second-grade teachers at High Lakes Elementary School in Bend. As educators in the field, they experienced firsthand how non-profits affect the classroom, assist families, and help children with food, clothing, and technology. When Sarah left teaching to pursue her real estate career, Jen followed a year later and they joined forces yet again, as brokers at Cascade Sotheby’s International Realty.

We already knew we worked well together as teachers; we already knew what kind of team we made and how well we are able to help kids, it just seemed to be the perfect fit to help people buy and sell houses!”

With a deep-rooted understanding of the impact these organizations have in the community, Sarah and Jen chose three non-profits who help support education in different ways – FAN, Bend Science Station, and Education Foundation for Bend-La Pine Schools. They let their clients chose which organization they’d like Sarah and Jen to donate to at the end of the transaction by sending them links with information to all three.
